A departure from all of the previous comments on your photography; Christine and I wanted to be the first to comment on your Highland Hideaway in Farr.

I believe we were the first customers and we hope there will be many more as satisfied as we were!

We drove the 380 miles from Stoke on Trent on the basis of the images on Sykes website but belive me when we drove the last 200 yards along the driveway to the house our mouths simply dropped open. Wow! Fabulous!

An idyllic spot, perfect for a romantic break, honeymoon or some serious "chilling out" we could not have wished for more and what's more, once inside the house the surprises just kept on coming.

Spacious, light, airy, warm and comfortable Katchana had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay! Gorgeous lounge, lovely bedrooms, delightful bathrooms, soft fluffy towels and bedlinen all combined to make us feel welcome and at home. Wonderful!

We had red squirrels, all manner of birds, deer in the garden and the highlight for me - a Pine marten turned up on three separate nights.

Excellent walking, cycling, food & drink close by, super views and that "away from it all" feeling certainly makes this location perfect for couples and families and the size and design of the house itself was a real bonus.

Combined with the unseasonably kind weather, glorious autumn colour and a superb location, our stay at Katchana left us not wanting to leave and with the firm intent to return.

Good luck with this project, I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone! Thank you for making our time there special.

I got married on 5th july 2008, gavin did an amazing job. On the day gavin organised the wedding party and guests perfectly. I wouldnt have had half the pictures without his organisational skills, the end result was remarkable.  he captured exactly what i wanted and the quality was amazing. We found Gavin and Eileen a pleasure to work with throughout the planning of our wedding, the big day itself and the production of our album. Gavin is very professional and intuitive to his clients' needs. We left the photography of our wedding to him - and were absolutely delighted with the results.

What a brilliant photographer, had a picture of my three children done by Gavin recently and never have i been happier with the results - so much clearer than any other photographs had taken in the past.  That pleased that had one picture put on a a large canvass - looks amazing.

I love the new website! Thank you so much for the wonderful service you gave us today when we had the kids photographed you must be tired now after using up all that energy.
